15th Annual Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway

News and Notes:
Heading into Sunday’s Hollywood Casino 400, Kimmel will be looking to make his 2nd career NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) start. This weekend’s event in “The Sunflower State” will mark Kimmel’s second race in 2015 for Go Green Racing. The 27-year-old Sellersburg, IN native was able to finish 38th in the July event at Kentucky Speedway in his NSCS debut.

Will Kimmel will be pulling double duty this weekend, as he will pilot his No.69 SO Contracting Ford Fusion in Friday night’s Full Throttle S’loonshine 98.9. In four previous starts in the ARCA Racing Series at Kansas Speedway Kimmel has a best finish of 6th, which came back in the 2013 event.

Will Kimmel on Kansas:

Chassis Info:
Crew Chief Clinton Cram will be bringing chassis GGR-815 to serve as the primary car. This chassis was last raced at Michigan in June with Mike Bliss. Chassis GGR-843 will serve as the backup car for Sunday’s event.
