Southern California racing veteran Brody Roa will close out another successful season tonight and Saturday, November 25th and 26th, in the USAC West Coast Sprint Car Series at the 81st running of the Turkey Night Grand Prix at Jim Naylor’s Ventura Raceway.
With each lap just under 3km long, the South American course will put our world class drivers to the test. The teams' drivers will cover half the race length each, taking on changing gradients and undulations, high-speed corners and a number of overtaking opportunities.
In November 2021, San Diego’s AJ Bender came to the “Hangtown 100” and finished second all three nights. Not wanting to face that frustration again this year, Bender scored a convincing win in night #2 of the prestigious lightning sprint car race at the Placerville Speedway last Friday.
