Greg Biffle’s Ford Fusion to Feature Ford’s mobile app – “FordPass” in Kansas

Biffle to Pilot the No. 16 “FordPass” Ford Fusion in Sunday’s Sprint Cup Race

CONCORD, N.C. (Oct. 11, 2016) –Greg Biffle’s No. 16 Ford Fusion will feature a new look with the FordPass app on his No. 16 Ford Fusion at Kansas Speedway.  FordPass is a smartphone app that is designed to serve as a one-stop shop for transportation needs.

“It’s amazing the things you can do right from your phone these days and Ford has captured and added to that with FordPass,” said Biffle.  “There are a lot of handy aspects of this new app for Ford owners and I can’t wait to try them all out.  Kansas has been a good track for us and I’m looking forward to trying for another win there with FordPass featured on our Ford.”

Launched earlier this year, FordPass is available for both Ford owners and non-owners and offers mobility solutions like find parking and connect to a Dealer.

“Ford is focused on creating a great experience with our customers and FordPass provides us a new way to engage with our Ford owners,” said Elena Ford, Ford Vice President, Global Dealer and Consumer Experience.  “Ford owners can easily connect with their Dealer and schedule a service appointment, reserve and pay for parking in advance and get one-on-one help from FordGuides.  Everything about FordPass is designed to improve the ownership experience.”

Biffle is a two-time NASCAR Champion and is no stranger to finding his way at Kansas Speedway.  Biffle has two wins at the 1.5-mile track, seven top-five, nine top-10 finishes plus had led for a total of 364 laps.

Roush Fenway Racing is the winningest team in the NASCAR garage – with 324 total NASCAR victories – and Biffle is its longest-tenured driver. Biffle has 19 Cup wins, and won the Camping World Truck Series championship in 2000 and the Xfinity Series championship in 2002.
