THE QUOTES
Ricky Stenhouse Jr., No. 6 Fenway Park 100 Years Ford Mustang: “I had a lot of fun last year when we went to New Hampshire Motor Speedway and we were really fast. We got together with a lapped car but we were definitely a top 10 car there and running up front. That was the place where I felt most comfortable especially only being there the first time. Taking the Mustang back normally ups us a few spots just because I like the Mustang and these new cars a lot better. We ran really well at New Hampshire and then went to Daytona and kind of started everything off. It was a place that I struggled to practice at but in the race we got really good. It’s a fun racetrack because you can use the apron get your car to turn and keep your momentum up towards the top in the second groove.” IS NEW HAMPSHIRE A TRACK WHERE YOU CAN GET FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR FELLOW COMPETITIORS? “It’s hard to pass. When you start getting held up by a car, the cars behind you catch you pretty quick. You can get frustrated but you definitely don’t want to do that because you need a good finish.”
