Travis Pastrana, No. 99 Boost Mobile Toyota Atlanta Preview

CORNELIUS, N.C. — No. 99 Boost Mobile driver Travis Pastrana embarks on his final of eight 2012 NASCAR Nationwide Series races Saturday at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

The action sports star grabbed his first top-15 finish of his Nationwide career in July at Indianapolis Motor Speedway and has shown steady improvement throughout the season.

This weekend could be special for Pastrana and a lucky fan who has a chance to win $1 million courtesy of Boost Mobile and Samsung. Five Boost Mobile/Samsung customers won an all-expenses paid trip to meet Pastrana and watch him race Saturday. If Pastrana wins, one of the semi-finalist will win a million dollars.

PASTANA ON THE MILLION DOLLAR GIVEAWAY: “It’s pretty exciting that someone could be a million dollars richer after Atlanta. This is a pretty cool promotion that Boost and Samsung have put together. I am going to do everything I can to go out there and win this race.”

ON ATLANTA: “I know Atlanta is a very fast race track and a big challenge to guys with years of experience. We have gotten better each time we have shown up to the race track and I am pretty confident we will show up strong this weekend. My goal is always to finish every lap and get the most out of every race. However, I feel that we can finish in the top 10 this weekend. It’s a challenging goal for me and my race team, but I think we are good enough to do it.”
