It was petty good when the track was green after the rain the first part of the race. The second segment we weren’t very good. We just couldn’t get enough bite off the corners so we tightened it up and the rain will probably tighten the track up too and we will probably be on the other side of it. Hopefully we will dry up here and we can get racing and make a couple more adjustments on it.”
HOW DIFFICULT IS IT FROM BEHIND THE WHEEL OF THE RACE CAR? “Not as hard as it is for the crew chief to figure out how to fix it. We are complaining about all kinds of different problems. If you look around here you can see it is real wore out and real slick and fun to drive. You try to look around and try to find grip anywhere you can.”
