Hal Martin, No. 44 American Custom Yachts Camry Pre-Race Report Iowa Speedway

The “Ragin Cajun” is Back at Iowa Speedway: Hal Martin is back behind the wheel of the No. 44 American Custom Yachts Camry this weekend at Iowa Speedway. This will be Martin’s second race with TriStar Motorsports this season and his second career start at the Speedway. Earlier this season, Martin started 27th and finished in the 26th position. Martin is ready to be back behind the wheel of a Toyota Camry this weekend in the “Corn State”.

Martin’s thoughts on Iowa Speedway: “It’s an honor to represent American Custom Yachts again this season behind the wheel of the No. 44 Toyota Camry for TriStar Motorsports. I can’t thank Mark and Kathy Smith enough for giving me another opportunity to drive for them. I am looking to build off of the experience I gained racing at Iowa Speedway earlier this year and hope for a strong finish for both TriStar Motorsports and American Custom Yachts.”

No. 44 American Custom Yachts Camry: Crew Chief Greg Conner and the American Custom Yacht crew will unload chassis No.112 for Saturday’s night race. This chassis’ last run was at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Additional Notes:

– The US Cellular 250 will mark Hal Martin’s 17th career start in the NASCAR Nationwide Series.

–  Hal Martin, along with his TriStar Motorsports teammates, will be at the NASCAR Nationwide               Series Autograph session on Saturday, August 2nd at 2:00PM
