RHODES MAKES TEXAS DEBUT

FORT WORTH, Texas – In a season of new experiences, Harrison Rhodes will get another Friday night.

Rhodes will race at Texas Motor Speedway for the first time in Friday’s O’Reilly Auto Parts 300 at the 1.5-mile track. The race will mark Rhodes’ first run at TMS.

“I’ve been on a lot of other 1.5-mile tracks, but I know each one is different,” Rhodes said. “Hopefully, I can adjust quickly and get in a lot of laps in practice. I know Texas is fast, and I like that.”

Rhodes, in his first full season in Xfinity, is 22nd in driver points entering Friday’s race.

Practice is scheduled at 4:30 p.m. (ET) and 6:30 p.m. Thursday. Qualifying is set for 4:45 p.m. Friday, with the race to follow under the lights at 8:30.
