SOUTH BOSTON, VA. — The touring PASS Super Late Models will make a special appearance at South Boston Speedway on Saturday, May 7, in conjunction with twin races for the NASCAR Whelen All American Late Model Stock Car Division. The tripleheader of racing action will get cranked up at 7 p.m.
The PASS Super Late Models will be featured in a 150-lap shootout on the four-tenths mile asphalt oval, while the NASCAR Whelen All American Late Model Stock Car Division will be featured in twin 75-lap races. In the NASCAR Whelen All American Late Model Stock Car Division, the top field of competitors will be trying to slow down the momentum of current points leader and multi-time NASCAR Whelen All American Series national champion Philip Morris.
Morris has reeled off four consecutive victories and captured three consecutive pole positions against the best of the best NASCAR Whelen All American Series Late Model Stock Car competition.
Advance tickets for the May 7 tripleheader of racing action are currently on sale and priced at $10 each. Advance tickets can be purchased through Friday, May 6, at the speedway office.
Tickets on race day will be priced at $15 each. Youth will be admitted for $5 when accompanied by a paying adult. Grandstand gates will open Saturday, May 7, at 4:30 p.m.
