The M&M’S® brand announced today that it is drafting off the hype of football news by giving its fans their own draft and asking them to select their favorite M&M’S® flavor. From May 7 – May 19, fans can visit the M&M’S® Racing Facebook page and share which M&M’S® flavor they would draft – M&M’S®Peanut, M&M’S® Peanut Butter, or M&M’S® Pretzel. The flavor with the top picks by May 19 will serve as the featured paint scheme on the No. 18 M&M’S® Toyota during the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ race in Pocono, Pa, on June 8

Land of Oz...Justin Allgaier will be making his second start at Kansas Speedway this weekend in the 5-hour ENERGY 400. Kansas is one of four tracks Allgaier raced the No. 51 BRANDT Chevy at in 2013.

Small, smaller and smallest. That's the only way to describe the three tracks that await Kraig Kinser this week on the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series circuit. A pair of quarter-miles and a third-mile are on-tap in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana.

aturday night lights: “Since they repaved that place, it’s been really fast,” AJ Allmendinger said. “Under the lights at Kansas Speedway, we will probably have cool weather. Anybody that likes speed should go see this race because it will be interesting to watch. You will get to see how the race plays out for the first time at night and whether the track conditions change or not. The 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season is still young. Chevrolet SS teams and drivers have only completed 10 races, two at 1.5-mile tracks and only two races under the lights. However, this weekend at Kansas Speedway the Chevrolet SS race cars will be put to the test with both challenges. This season Kansas Speedway has a new date on the schedule and will host its first night race on the eve of Mother’s Day.

Red Horse Racing at Kansas Speedway... In 16 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series starts at Kansas Speedway, Red Horse Racing has three top-five and six top-10 finishes. The Mooresville, N.C.-based organization has an average starting position of 14.1 and an average finishing position of 13.7. RHR teams have completed 2,353 of 2,605 (90.3 percent) laps of competition.
