BRISTOL LIVE EXPANDS REACH FOR MARCH RACE WEEKEND

Building upon the success of its August debut, Bristol LIVE expands its reach for the March 2014 event, adding two FM and two AM signals to its existing scanner frequency.

McClure Finishes 27th at LVMS

After engine issues plagued Eric McClure with a 40th-place finish in last year's Boyd Gaming 300, he and the No. 14 Hefty®/Reynolds Wrap® team returned to Las Vegas Motor Speedway looking for redemption. Despite starting the 300-mile event from the 30th position, McClure and the team worked together to not only overcome handling issues on the No. 14 Camry, but also a pit road speeding penalty late in the race to finish the 300-mile event in the 27th position

With the bad luck that Kraig Kinser ran into on the race track in Las Vegas, it wouldn’t have been surprising if the strong winds that rolled into Tucson International Raceway in Arizona on Saturday night would have interrupted him as they did other drivers, but that thankfully was not the case.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. in the No. 88 Mountain Dew Kick Start Chevrolet SS came ever so close to scoring his second win of the 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) season. Earnhardt lead a total of 51 laps in the race, including 44 of the final 45 before running out of fuel down the backstretch on the final lap at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (LVMS) in the Kobalt Tools 400. He was able to carry his momentum across the finish line to come home second.
