Simon Pagenaud is ready to take the next step in his racing career.

INDYCAR officials have fined driver Sebastian Saavedra $10,000 and placed him on probation through the Indianapolis 500 on May 25 for actions during the April 13 Verizon IndyCar Seres race in Long Beach.
