Kenseth on racing at Dover International Speedway:
“Dover is probably my favorite track that we race at so I’m really looking forward to racing there this weekend. The track is so fast and challenging, and it’s unique because of the way you drive up out of the turns. The turns sit a bit lower than the straightaways and you can feel it when you’re driving out there. I got my first Cup start at Dover and we’ve won in the Cup car and led a lot of laps there. We ended up finishing third earlier this season, so I’m hoping to have another solid run for the Crown Royal team this Sunday.”
Crew chief Jimmy Fennig on racing at Dover International Speedway:
“I’m ready to get to Dover this weekend and go racing at “The Monster Mile” because it’s a place where Matt likes to race at and where he’s had a lot of great finishes. We’re taking the same car we raced at Michigan in August and got a top-five finish out of, so I’m ready to head to Dover. Dover is Matt’s favorite track and I’m hopeful that this is the weekend for us to get another top-10 or top-five finish for the team.”
