TURNER MOTORSPORTS ANNOUNCES CONTINUED PARTNERSHIP WITH REXALL BRAND

Reed Sorenson to drive No. 30 Rexall Chevrolet in select NASCAR Nationwide Series Races

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (March 1, 2011) – Turner Motorsports is pleased to announce the continuation of their marketing partnership with Rexall, Dollar General’s line of quality health products. Turner Motorsports driver Reed Sorenson will pilot the No. 30 Rexall Chevrolet in select Nationwide Series races in 2011 beginning with the Sam’s Town 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on March 5.  Currently in its second year with the organization, Rexall made its NASCAR debut last fall in the Dollar General 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

“I’m very excited to get behind the wheel of the Rexall Chevrolet for a couple of races and represent their brand,” said Sorenson.  “Rexall has been a trusted name for over one hundred years and I’m looking forward to continuing their success on track with a solid finish at our debut in Las Vegas.”

“Rexall is excited to have Reed Sorenson racing for us,” said Todd Vasos, division president and chief merchandising officer, Dollar General. “He brings a level of energy and enthusiasm that is a perfect match for the Rexall brand. We look forward to giving his fans and our customers a great racing season.”

Even after one hundred years, the Rexall brand continues its commitment to providing affordable and high quality products to consumers, which is the foundation for its success.  Standing the test of time, Rexall has built a rich heritage of making life a little healthier one day at a time.  More than 280 Rexall products are available only at Dollar General across first aid, cough and cold, over-the counter medicines, children’s medicines and vitamin and supplements.
