o Kasey Kahne, No. 5 Farmers Insurance Chevrolet, will take the green flag from the ninth starting position

o Jimmie Johnson, No. 48 Lowe’s/KOBALT Tools Chevrolet, will start 11th

CHEVROLET ON THE TRACK—DOVER INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY:

· Chevrolet drivers have won 37 of 104 races at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Wins by active drivers are:

o Jimmie Johnson, No. 48 Lowe’s/KOBALT Tools Chevrolet, has seven (7) wins at Dover (’02 – TWICE, ’05, ’09 – TWICE, ’10 & ’12)

o Jeff Gordon, No. 24 Drive To End Hunger Chevrolet, has four (4) victories at Dover (’95, ’96 – TWICE & ’01)

o Ryan Newman, No. 39 U.S. Army Chevrolet, has three ‘Miles the Monster’ trophies from Dover Victory Lane (’03 – TWICE & ’04)

o Tony Stewart, No. 14 Office Depot/Mobil 1 Chevrolet, has gone to Victory Lane two (2) times at Dover International Speedway (’00 – TWICE)

o Jeff Burton, No. 31 Caterpillar Chevrolet, has one win at Dover (’06)

o Kurt Busch, No. 51 Phoenix Construction Chevrolet, has one victory at Dover (’11)

o Dale Earnhardt Jr., No. 88 National Guard/Diet Mountain Dew Chevrolet, has taken the checkered flag first at Dover once (’01)

· A Chevrolet driver has won two (2) of the last five (5) races at Dover International Speedway

· A Chevrolet driver has sat on the pole at Dover International Speedway 21 times

· Team Chevy drivers have scored 165 top-five and 317 top-10 finishes at Dover
