Armstrong at Homestead-Miami Speedway:
Dakoda will be making his fifth career NASCAR XFINITY Series start at Homestead-Miami Speedway to go along with two previous starts in the Camping World Truck Series. Armstrong has a best XFINITY Series finish of 15th at the South Florida track which came in last year’s event.

Dakoda’s Thoughts on Homestead-Miami Speedway:
“We are bringing a new car to Homestead this week so we are trying some things to finish out the season strong.  Homestead is a tough track so you really need to get your car dialed in during your practice session or otherwise it can be a long race.”

“While our finishes haven’t shown it – we have had really strong cars these past two races.  Everyone continues to work hard and I would like nothing more than to finish out the season on a high note this weekend.”

Phoenix Rewind:
As the 2016 NASCAR XFINITY Series season draws to an end, Dakoda Armstrong remains focused on finishing his first season with JGL Racing in strong fashion.  Showing great speed in his No. 28 JGL Racing Toyota in qualifying, Armstrong would battle a tight condition during the race on his way to notching a 19th place finish in the running of the Ticket Galaxy 200 on Saturday night at the Phoenix International Raceway

2016 Stats:
Starts:   32
Avg. Starting Position:   20.6
Avg. Finishing Position: 19.2
Best Finish:   5th (Iowa – July)
Points Standing:   13th
