Race No. 22: Watkins Glen… The second and final road course race of 2016 takes place in Watkins Glen, N.Y. this Sunday. For Michael Annett and his No. 46 St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Chevrolet team, the 2.45-mile course featuring right-hand turns presents a unique challenge, but one Annett has already encountered; the driver has participated in seven races at The Glen, with his best finish, 11th, coming in the 2012 NASCAR Xfinity Series race.
The St. Jude Tournament of Hope… Annett is sporting a special St. Jude paint scheme this weekend in advance of Monday’s St. Jude Tournament of Hope at Glen Oaks Country Club in West Des Moines, Iowa, for which he is the honorary chairperson. The deck lid of the No. 46 Chevrolet contains the names of people that donated at least $46 to St. Jude via the Tournament of Hope website.
Annett on the Team Chevy Stage… On Saturday, August 6, Annett will appear alongside Jeff Gordon on the Team Chevy Stage in the Watkins Glen International Fan Zone at 11:15 am for a Q&A sessions with fans. All fans are welcome to attend.

About St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital… St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Everything we do is centered on our mission: Finding cures. Saving children.
Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to 80 percent since we opened in 1962. We won’t stop until no child dies from cancer.
St. Jude freely shares the discoveries we make, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children. Our laboratories may not be in your community but our discoveries are.
Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
