Arrowhead Signs with Turner Scott Motorsports

TSMJeb Burton will pilot the No. 4 Arrowhead Machine During the 2013 season.

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (January 9th, 2013) – Turner Scott Motorsports is pleased to announce the addition of Arrowhead to the sponsorship lineup for the 2013 NASCAR season. Arrowhead will adorn the No. 4 Silverado in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) during Jeb Burton’s 2013 campaign. The next generation of the Burton racing family will work with veteran crew chief Mike Hillman Jr. for his first full-time NCWTS season, as Burton will be vying for the 2013 Sunoco Rookie of the Year honors.

Arrowhead is a new venture and is set to debut at the TPE tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nevada the end of this month. Arrowhead is a disposable electronic cigarette that hails from the folks at Sequoyah Brands located in South Boston, Va.

“We look forward to the Arrowhead brand shooting straight to the top of the leaderboard, not only on the racetrack, but in the marketplace as well,” states Kathy Farley, President of Sequoyah Brands. “We are confident in Turner Scott Motorsports and in Jeb’s ability on the track. We know that Jeb will represent Arrowhead with class and continue the Burton family tradition of excellence in racing,” Farley continued.

Burton is excited for the opportunity to work with Arrowhead in his NCWTS rookie season while on his trek towards his first series win.

“I am so thankful to have the opportunity to represent Arrowhead in 2013,” says Burton. “We all have high expectations for the 2013 season, including capturing the Rookie of the Year title and competing for wins in NCWTS. I feel like we have a very solid foundation here at Turner Scott Motorsports and this partnership will solidify it even more. It’s clear that Turner Scott Motorsports is a growing organization that believes in young talent, perfect for Arrowhead and me to continue the Burton family racing legacy.”

About Turner Scott Motorsports: Texas businessman Steve Turner, who was joined by partner Harry Scott Jr. as co-owner in 2013, established Turner Scott Motorsports in 1999. This season will mark the fourth season of full-time NASCAR competition for the organization, which expanded in 2011 from a two-truck operation in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) to become the largest stand-alone multi-series team in NASCAR’s top-tier touring series. The team earned its first championship when James Buescher captured the NCWTS title in 2012. Turner Scott Motorsports operates out of an 110,000 square-foot state-of-the art facility in Mooresville, N.C. The Chevrolet-backed team has created alliances with General Motors’ powerhouse team Hendrick Motorsports, which provides engine support for both its NNS and NCWTS programs, and Earnhardt Technology Group for drive train and suspension technology assistance.
