Jimmy Weller Quotes… On what he expects from Daytona: “This will be my first race on a track this big, so first and foremost, the size of Daytona International Speedway will be one factor that I need to get comfortable with. As a team, we approach this race a little bit different because there isn’t a big premium placed on speed. The most important factor at this track is the draft. As you move around the track, it changes the handling of your truck. We need to be sure that our truck can race well in the draft, and maintain good balance as we move around the track.”
On racing with SS Green Light Racing: “I’m really excited to be racing with SS Green Light Racing this season. I ran a few races with these guys last year, and I’ve been really happy with the relationship that we formed. I’m looking forward to having Jason Miller as my crew chief-he has a great reputation in the industry and we’ve already built some chemistry during pre-season testing. I’m excited to see what we’re able to accomplish throughout the season.”
