(March 10, 2014) – The multi-GRAMMY nominated, award winning, American singer-songwriter and actor BILLY RAY CYRUS will get race day started in country/rock style at Auto Club Speedway on Sunday, March 23 when he performs a pre-race concert beginning at 10 a.m. on the O’Reilly Auto Parts Fan Zone main stage.

CYRUS’ originally topped the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart in 1992 with the track and 2014 marks the 22nd anniversary of the release of the original song. “Achy Breaky Pt. 2” also debuted at No. 16 on the Streaming Songs chart according to Nielsen/BDS. The YouTube video for “Achy Breaky Pt. 2” has received over 8 million views since mid-February

CYRUS has sold more than 25 million albums internationally; he has also had three No. 1 hit singles. Over the course of 12 studio albums since 1992, CYRUS has earned nearly 30 chart singles, including 15 Top 40 hits. Cyrus has also received major music awards including American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards and Country Music Association Awards.
