Spencer Boyd No. 76 Grunt Style Chevrolet Camaro Race Preview

News and notes: After a mechanical issue last weekend in Richmond, Boyd is ready to test his skills at the first annual running of the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval. Boyd will sport special colors on his Grunt Style Chevy this weekend with pink- camouflage in support of breast cancer survivor Liz Alarik. “I honestly have no idea what to expect this weekend. I don't think anyone does,” says Boyd. "It's just so different than anything I've ever raced on. I think the key is going to be just racing the track. If we can do that, I think we have an opportunity to bring home a really good result."

Ready to Roval: The Series makes their first-ever visit to the 17-turn Roval at Charlotte Motor Speedway this Sunday, Sept. 30, for the first cut-off race in the 2018 Playoffs. In 26 Cup Series road course starts between Sonoma and Watkins Glen, Hamlin has collected one win, six top-five and 11 top-10 finishes, notching four of those top-five finishes in his last six starts over the last three seasons. At the traditional Charlotte Motor Speedway oval, Hamlin has made 26 starts and earned nine top-five finishes, including five in his last six starts at the 1.5-mile speedway.

Tyler Dippel Named to GMS Racing’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Lineup
