Curt Schilling, a World Series MVP, three-time World Series champion and six-time All-Star, will deliver the invocation before the SYLVANIA 300 – the second race in NASCAR’s Chase for the Sprint Cup at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Sept. 27. Schilling helped the Boston Red Sox erase an 86-year World Series drought with a 4-0 sweep of the St. Louis Cardinals in the 2004 World Series.
Roush Fenway Racing’s Chris Buescher will make his fourth career NASCAR XFINITY Series start at Kentucky Speedway this Saturday. In his previous three starts, Buescher’s best start is sixth and his best finish is seventh.
