Kyle Fowler will be piloting the Advance Payment Services (APS) / PowerAll No. 1 Chevrolet Silverado this Friday night at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina. All-Star Race Preview: Hamlin and the #11 FedEx team head home to Charlotte Motor Speedway for Saturday night’s Sprint All-Star Race. Hamlin is making his ninth All-Star Race start on Saturday night. He has two top-five finishes and five top-10 results in eight previous non-points, exhibition events, and has led 30 laps. He started 22nd and finished ninth in last year’s event. The race is made up of 2014 and 2015 Sprint Cup Series race winners, previous All-Star Race winners and Cup champions with full-time rides, totaling 17 eligible drivers this season.
