When you mention Dover International Speedway to Regan Smith, he lights up with excitement. He always has a glowing review for the all-concrete oval, known as the Monster Mile.

Michael Annett on Going to Dover: “I enjoy visiting ‘Miles the Monster.’ Dover is a fun little short track and it’s fast. I like short-track racing and Dover fits my driving style. The short tracks always make for exciting racing with a lot of beating and banging. We are going to have to focus on keeping all the fenders on our Pilot Flying J Ford and coming home with a good finish.

The No. 38 Great Clips Chevy will have a little bit of a different look this weekend at Dover International Speedway. The car will feature a textured jersey look to represent the different sports uniforms that EA SPORTS® uses on their sports games. The No. 6 Eddie Sharp Racing (ESR) Chevrolet will have a new look this weekend with the Imperial Valley Full Plate Group on the truck. The group is composed of several business owners from the Imperial Valley of Southern California. Looking for ways to promote their products and services, the group decided to utilize the national reach and fan power of NASCAR while supporting their local NASCAR talent-Camping World Truck Series driver Justin Lofton. With the donations and contributions of these local business owners and neighbors, Lofton will race the No. 6 Imperial Valley Full Plate Chevrolet this weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Cale Gale will make his second career start this weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender competed in the Smith's 350 last fall when he rolled off 17th in the Rheem Chevrolet and finished the event in the 20th position after his Silverado suffered race-ending damage in a lap 120 accident.

Scott Steckly’s #22 Canadian Tire Dodge took a beating on Saturday at the Kawartha Speedway, but he still managed to pull out his 11th top-ten finish of the season at the Pinty’s 250.

Martin Roy has one race remaining on the 2012 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1, but he’s already assured of bringing home at least one honor. The Napierville, Que., driver has clinched the series’ Rookie of the Year title. Roy has been the top-finishing rookie on four occasions this season.
