In an effort to strengthen and grow its racing series for 2013 and beyond, NASCAR announced Tuesday several revisions to its Competition personnel structure.
On December 15th, McColl Racing Enterprises opened the doors to it's 11,450 square foot shop to drivers, teams and fans to come in and check out.
