Sherwood Park, Alberta’s Noel Dowler registered his third consecutive top ten finish in the #5 EMCO Dodge Saturday night during round number five of the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series at MotoPlex Speedway near Vernon, BC. Once again the 19 year old showed he is now ready to take the next step in his racing career.

Jarrad Whissell had his hands full at yesterday’s race at the Motoplex Speedway, battling transmission and handling issues behind the wheel of his #44 SMS/Komatsu Ford which ended his night earlier than expected.

Friday night’s running of the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards Prairie Meadows 200 at Iowa Speedway started off on a high note for Venturini Motorsports with series point’s leader, Brennan Poole, earning his third career ARCA Menards Pole by Ansell Award while teammates Ryan Reed and Erik Jones turned in solid qualifying efforts locking down the third and sixth spots on the starting grid.

The first night race, and one-day show, of 2012 offered plenty of changing factors for teams at the Iowa Speedway, and Frank Kimmel returned to the top five with a 5th place finish at the night's end.

Venturini Motorsports, in its 30th Anniversary Season of ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards championship stock car racing, is heading home to celebrate. The family-owned team, which grew its roots in Chicago, Illinois, has entered five cars for the upcoming Ansell ActivArmr 150 at Chicagoland Speedway on Saturday night, July 21.

Sun Peaks, BC racer Jason White will be the Hometown favourite for this weekend’s event in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series. White and his #21 A & W Dodge will be taking the green flag Saturday night at MotoPlex Speedway near Vernon, BC with the support of the majority of race fans and he’s looking for another solid result.

Last year at the A & W Cruisin’ the Dub 300 at MotoPlex Speedway local racer Jim White had a memorable return to action posting a top ten result. Once again as the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series makes its annual visit to the track near Vernon, BC Jim White will get back in action piloting the #24 Sun Ridge Equipment Dodge Challenger.

After battling through a variety of scenarios to finish a respectable 10th at Caraway (N.C.) Speedway last Wednesday night, NASCAR Whelen All-American Series (NWAAS) driver Ryan Wilson (@RyanWilson12) and his Ryan Wilson Motorsports (RWM) team resume racing action this Saturday night for a double-dose of 75 laps of competition at Southern National (N.C.) Motorsports Park (SNMP).

For some, Friday the 13th ignites superstitions to their fullest potential but for Tom Hessert III (@TomHessert) it proposes the scenario and opportunity to roar his No. 52 Federated Auto Parts Chevrolet into victory lane at Iowa Speedway in the running of the Prairie Meadows 200.

After a likely top-10 finish was derailed in the most recent ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards race at New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP) a few weeks ago, Josh Williams (@Josh02Williams) and his Josh Williams Motorsports (JWM) return to the circuit refreshed and energized for Friday night’s Prairie Meadows 200 at Iowa Speedway.
