THORNDYKE DISAPPOINTED IN MONTREAL WEEKEND

David Thorndyke and the #67 Thorsons EVT Chevrolet team arrived at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve for round number nine of the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series excited to be back at the track for the final road course event of the season. Sadly the weekend would end prematurely for the team.

DOWLER & EMCO DODGE TEAM GET BACK TO BASICS

Sherwood Park, Alberta’s Noel Dowler was happy to put the last race behind them and felt optimistic heading into round number nine of the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series in Montreal at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. The team had a new #5 EMCO Dodge car they were going to race for the first time after Noel’s father Kevin Dowler had driven the car in Edmonton.

UP AND DOWN WEEKEND FOR ISABELLE TREMBLAY & MARTIN ROY

It was a special feeling for Martin Roy driver of the #90 Batteries Expert/Veloce/Gamache Truck Centre Dodge and teammate Isabelle Tremblay pilot of the #07 Frank Lyman Design Dodge as they began weekend competition for round nine of the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series.

Jason White fought hard through a rough ride on the road course at the NAPA Autopro 100 on Saturday at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve behind the wheel of his #21 Bowers & Wilkins at Futureshop Dodge.

BUCK SCORES PODIUM FINISH IN MONTREAL

Robin Buck and the #66 Quaker State Dodge team came to the final road course event of the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series year looking for another strong result. Buck was never far from the top of the time sheets during any on track session and battled his way to a podium finish in the race that took place on the famed Circuit Gilles Villeneuve on Ile Notre Dame.

Jesse Little Joins Coulter Motorsports K&N Pro Series East Team

Third generation NASCAR driver, Jesse Little, has been signed to drive for Coulter Motorsports in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East. The high school sophomore will make his debut on Labor Day weekend at the historic Greenville-Pickens Speedway as the half-mile hosts the Kevin Whitaker Chevrolet 140.
