Dale Earnhardt Jr. To Make Appearance In Martinsville Speedway Fan Zone On Oct. 30

MARTINSVILLE, Va. (July 12, 2011) – AMP Energy driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. will spend some time with fans in the Martinsville Speedway Fan Zone sponsored by AMP Energy before the TUMS Fast Relief 500 on October 30.

Earnhardt, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series’ most popular driver, is scheduled to appear in the Martinsville Speedway Fan Zone sponsored by AMP Energy. He will take questions from fans in an emceed question and answer session.

“Dale Jr. is obviously a fan favorite, so we’re always excited when we can get him for a session with our fans,” said Martinsville Speedway President W. Clay Campbell. “It’s a great opportunity to see him in a different setting. He always seems to have fun interacting with the fans in our Fan Zone.”

Admission to the Martinsville Speedway Fan Zone sponsored by AMP Energy is $99 and includes pastries, juice and coffee for breakfast, lunch buffet, four coupons for AMP Energy and Pepsi products or beer per adult and Pre-Race Track Pass.

The Pre-Race Track Pass allows fans to stroll on the track along the front stretch from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The $99 price does not include a ticket to the TUMS Fast Pain Relief 500.

The Martinsville Speedway Fan Zone sponsored by AMP Energy will open at 8 a.m. on October 30. The pastries will be served at 8 a.m. with the lunch buffet beginning at 10:30 am.
