TNT’s Exclusive Coverage of 2011 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Wraps Up with Final Race in New Hampshire

Pre-race coverage begins at NOON ET; NASCAR Sprint Cup Racing from New Hampshire Motor Speedway begins at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, July 17th

TNT’s coverage of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Racing continues on Sunday, July 17 live at the Lenox Industrial Tools 301 from New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The network will air exclusive coverage of the race beginning at 1 p.m. (ET) with play-by-play announcer Adam Alexander calling the race alongside analysts Kyle Petty and Wally Dallenbach in the booth. In addition, analyst Larry McReynolds will make frequent contributions from the infield as he breaks down crew strategy and analyzes car adjustments. The Lenox Industrial Tools 301 marks the conclusion of TNT’s six-race NASCAR Summer Series Sprint Cup coverage.

The network’s pre-race coverage will get underway at NOON (ET) with Countdown to Green delivered by Pizza Hut with Lindsay Czarniak (host), Petty and McReynolds with reports from pit reporters Chris Neville, Ralph Sheheen, Marty Snider and Matt Yocum. The pre-race crew will talk with Kurt Busch, who had his first win of the season during TNT’s coverage of the Toyota/SaveMart 350 at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, Calif., during TNT’s “Countdown to Green.”

TNT’s acclaimed Pride of NASCAR series will feature a profile of the legendary Cotton Owens, named in 1998 one of NASCAR’s 50 Greatest Drivers. Owens raced for 15 years and was a nine-time winner as one of the sports’ pioneers.

McReynolds will join Petty and Rutledge Wood on their ongoing live video chat series “30 Minutes You Will Never Get Back” on Friday, July15. Each Friday, fans can submit questions via Twitter or Facebook to have their questions answered on the show.

Throughout this year’s NASCAR on TNT Summer Series, the network has joined forces with NASCAR.COM, the official site of NASCAR, to provide TNT RaceBuddy a multiplatform experience for race fans which features live feeds from the racetrack including pit road and in-car cameras.
