David Ragan – NSCS ADVANCE

Team:          No. 6 UPS Ford Fusion

Crew Chief:  Drew Blickensderfer

Chassis:      Primary: RK-750   Last ran Kentucky – finished 8th

Backup: RK-711    Last ran Darlington – finished 21st

Ragan on racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway : “ Atlanta is a multiple groove race track, and the tires wear out fast, so tire management is important and just adds extra factors which make it fun to race there.  It’s a fast track and a place that I grew up watching NASCAR races from the grandstands and pits.  It’s always special to go back there and a win would be great, plus my sponsor UPS is right down the road so we’ll have lots of fans and employees there cheering for us.”

Crew chief Drew Blickesnderfer on racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway : “We’ve run well at mile-and-a-half tracks this season so I’m looking forward to Atlanta this weekend, plus we’re taking the same car that was strong at Texas , Charlotte and Kentucky .  Atlanta is David’s home track and also where our sponsor UPS is headquartered.  I’m looking forward to getting a win these last two weeks so that we can get ourselves into the Chase.”
