e-Swisher Partners with Reed Sorenson and The Motorsports Group for NASCAR Nationwide Series Race at Daytona

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (Feb. 12, 2013) – e-Swisher has reached an agreement with The Motorsports Group (TMG) to be primary sponsor of No. 40 Chevrolet Camaro piloted by Reed Sorenson in the NASCAR Nationwide Series DRIVE4COPD 300 at Daytona International Speedway. The race will take place on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013.

“Having the e-Swisher shield on the No. 40 car in the NASCAR Nationwide Series is an exciting opportunity for the Swisher brand and our new e-cigarette products,” said Ed Denk, marketing director for Swisher International. “Everyone at Swisher will be cheering for Reed from the sidelines, from our living rooms, and in social media.”

Sorenson, who has earned five top-10 finishes in 10 Nationwide Series starts at Daytona, is confident that he can help put the e-Swisher Chevrolet in contention for his first restrictor plate race win.

“I’m thrilled to have e-Swisher as a partner,” said Sorenson. “Their participation is a vote of confidence for us at TMG, so I’m looking forward to giving the e-Swisher brand an exciting ride. I think we’ve got a car that can run really well at Daytona.”

In addition to watching the race on ESPN, fans can root for the No. 40 car during practice and qualifying, which will air on ESPN2 on Feb. 21-22.
