Sean Cronan Finishes 20th in OSCAAR Debut at Sunset Speedway

After running inside the top 10, Sean Cronan was forced down pit side and out of the race early due to mechanical issues.

Cronan would start his heat in fifth and move up one position to finish fourth. In the second heat, he would start second and battle for the lead with Derrike Tiemersma, before finishing third.

As a result of his heat finishes, he would start the feature in 11th. Cronan would escape the wreck on the second lap without damage, though would head down pit road for the crew to work on the car. As a result, he would restart the race at the back of the field.

By the second caution for Dwayne Baker having problems, Cronan would be up to the 12th position. He would then move up to ninth by the third caution for Jim Bowman having problems. However, under this caution, he would come down pit road and be done for tonight.

The Cronan Motorsports crew will be working on the car and figuring out these issues before the next race at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park on June 1st.
