· On the Car
o Roush Performance Parts is a premier supplier and engineering services provider, most known for its line of high performance Mustang powertrain parts, including superchargers, cold air intakes and exhaust kits. The list goes on to include a full line of wheels, tires, interior, grilles, graphics, service parts, accessories, drivetrain, cooling upgrades and more. In addition to Mustang, Roush Performance Parts also offers performance upgrade packages for Ford F-150, Superduty and Focus.
· Recapping Chicagoland Speedway
o Buescher visited Chicagoland Speedway for the second time in his NNS career last weekend. After qualifying seventh, Buescher’s Ford started the race off too free. Crew Chief Scott Graves utilized a few track bar adjustments throughout the race to improve the handling. The rookie of the year contender ultimately brought his Roush Performance Parts Mustang home in 12th. With the result, Buescher sits in seventh place in the NNS point standings.
QUOTE WORTHY
Buescher on racing at Kentucky Speedway:
“Kentucky is a fun track to race at because the track is rough, since the pavement is older. You really have to get up on the wheel and drive at Kentucky. I know Scott [Graves] and the team will give me a Roush Performance Mustang that will be able to run up front on Saturday night.”
