Mike Bliss, No. 19 TriStar Motorsports Camry Pre-Race Report Charlotte Motor Speedway

Mike Bliss Ready to Return to One of His Favorites, Charlotte Motor Speedway: Coming off of a 14th place finish last weekend at Kansas Speedway, Mike Bliss is ready to make his 20th NNS start at Charlotte Motor Speedway this weekend. With an average start of 18.1 and an average finishing position of 16.5, Bliss has won two NNS races at the fast 1.5-mile quad-oval, his last in 2009. He has turned over 3,500 laps led 43, at the track where he’s seen most of his NNS success.

 

Bliss’ thoughts on Charlotte Motor Speedway: “I always look forward to coming back to Charlotte. You sail into the turns and have plenty of room to move around… If your car is cooperating.”

No. 19 Toyota Camry: Crew Chief Paul Clapprood will unload chassis No. 121 for the Drive for the Cure 300. Chassis No. 121 is a brand new chassis at TriStar Motorsports.

–      This weekend’s NNS race will mark Mike Bliss’ 342nd career start in the NASCAR Nationwide
