One Final Showdown in the West…The three-race West Coast swing for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series comes to an end this Sunday at Fontana, Calif.’s Auto Club Speedway. Michael Annett and his No. 46 CypressHQ Chevrolet SS team are in search of their second top-20 finish of the young 2015 season. It just so happens Annett has a history of producing such results at the two-mile track.

A Top-20 Debut in Fontana…Last year’s race at Auto Club Speedway netted Annett a 19th-place finish that served as the first top-20 result and first lead-lap finish of his Cup Series career. He earned top-20 finishes in each of his six NASCAR Xfinity Series starts at the facility.

Michael Annett on Auto Club Speedway:
“I really like this place. There are plenty of drivable grooves, lots of racing room. And with the way restarts play out, if you’re on the lead lap and catch a late restart, you’ve got a shot to make up a lot of ground.”
