Wounded Warrior Honorary JD Motorsports Crew Member This Week

DOVER, Del. – NASCAR Xfinity team JD Motorsports with Gary Keller hopes to give Wounded Warrior Jeremy Rogers an experience he’ll never forget at Saturday’s Dover International Speedway Hisense 200 race, with the support of Heroes Haven in Sharptown, Md., and Natchez Shooters Supplies.

Rogers has been named an honorary crew member of the No. 4 Heroes Haven/Natchez Shooters Supplies Chevrolet Camaro, driven by Ross Chastain, for the Saturday’s race. Rogers served 24 years in the Marine Corps in the Gulf War, Kosovo, Somalia and Iraq, during which he received three Purple Hearts and one Bronze Star.

Heroes Haven is an Eastern Shore organization that partners with Walter Reed Hospital to take soldiers on hunting trips and to NASCAR races. This is its third time teaming with JD Motorsports to help raise awareness for America’s veterans.

“Having had family members who have served overseas, this is a cause that is very close to my heart,” said Chastain. “I can’t wait to meet Jeremy this weekend and show him a great time at the race track. I’m so thankful to Heroes Haven and Natchez for making this a reality.”

Natchez Shooters Supplies is a family-owned and operated company of outdoorsmen, sportsmen and hunters. For the last three decades, Natchez has been providing a one-stop shop for all outdoor needs.
