FORD RACING DID YOU KNOW? … LOUDON 2 EDITION

DID YOU KNOW? … Brad Keselowski has won the last two NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races, becoming the first Ford driver to do that since 2010 when Carl Edwards won back-to-back at Phoenix and Homestead.

DID YOU KNOW? … The last Ford driver to win three straight NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races was Rusty Wallace, who took the checkered flag at Dover, Pocono and Michigan in June of 1994.

DID YOU KNOW? … Keselowski has a chance to become the second Ford driver to win the first two Chase races in a season if he can find victory lane again this weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.  Greg Biffle is the only Ford man who has done it so far after winning at New Hampshire and Dover to start the 2008 Chase.

DID YOU KNOW? … Keselowski’s win at Chicagoland Speedway last week was Ford Racing’s 25th all-time Chase victory.  Carl Edwards has the most Chase wins among current Ford drivers with eight while Roush Fenway teammate Greg Biffle is next with seven.

DID YOU KNOW? … There have been only two drivers who have swept both NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.  Jimmie Johnson (2003) and Kurt Busch during his championship season with Ford in 2004.  Keselowski has a chance to join that duo with a win on Sunday.

DID YOU KNOW? … Jeff Burton has four NSCS wins at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, which is the most among all drivers, while driving for Ford Racing and car owner Jack Roush.  Burton’s last victory at the one-mile track in 2000 also marked the last time a driver has led every lap.  Burton started on the outside of pole-winner Bobby Labonte, but got the lead on the first of 300 laps and never gave it up.
