The next three Sprint Cup races – Dover, Charlotte and Kansas City -- carry a positive statistic for Martin Truex Jr., driver of the No. 78 Furniture Row/Denver Mattress Chevrolet.

Elliott Sadler will make his 16th NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) start at Dover International Speedway this Saturday in Dover, DE. In Sadler’s previous 15 starts at Dover, he has one pole award, three top-five and eight top-10 finishes. Earlier this year, Sadler started 13th and finished 21st.

With a few cars running out of fuel in the final three laps, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. drove his Ford Ecoboost Ford to a 13th-place finish in Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway; earning his third straight top-20 finish.

Richard Childress Racing drivers Ryan Newman, Paul Menard and Austin Dillon finished 10th, 15th and 22nd, respectively, in the SYLVANIA 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Greg Biffle saved just enough fuel to make it to the end of 300-laps at New Hampshire Motor Speedway to earn a fourth-place finish Sunday afternoon in his No. 16 Kleen Performance Products Ford. Pit strategy late in the race got Biffle some much needed track position and clean air, from there he was able to lead the field for a total of 12 laps and save enough fuel to make it to the end and earn a top-five finish.

Trevor Bayne, driver of the No. 6 AdvoCare Ford Fusion, improved 17 positions throughout the course of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) event at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Sunday afternoon to earn a 16th-place finish.

After dominating the Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway for most of the afternoon, Harvick ran out of fuel while leading on Lap 298 of 300, handing the top spot and the victory to Matt Kenseth, who joined teammate Denny Hamlin as an automatic qualifier for the Contender Round of the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup.

Martin Truex Jr. has had better race cars and better finishes, but his eighth-place result Sunday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in the second Chase race was one of the most gratifying in the past couple of months.

Six-time NASCAR Sprint Cup champion, Jimmie Johnson, led the way for Team Chevy with a sixth place finish in his No. 48 Lowe’s Pro Services Chevrolet SS in the Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, the track known as the ‘Magic Mile’. While running third in the field on lap 200 of the 317.4-mile race, a left front flat tire sent Johnson to the rear of the field; but he was able to rebound.
