Roush Fenway Racing gears up for some short-track racing this weekend as the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) heads to the .526-mile paper-clip shaped oval of Martinsville Speedway, where the team has earned four victories.

INDYCAR announced today it has launched the second year of its 'Rivals' advertising campaign, which features drivers including 2015 Verizon IndyCar Series champion Will Power, three-time Indianapolis 500 winner Helio Castroneves, defending Indianapolis 500 winner Ryan Hunter-Reay, rising young stars Marco Andretti, James Hinchcliffe and Josef Newgarden and several others.

Moffitt was in high demand after the race and agreed to drive the No. 34 for Front Row Racing during the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series’ three-race West Coast swing. His life changed again last Friday when he was told he’d drive the No. 55 in place of Brian Vickers at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana.

“Martinsville hasn’t always been one of my strongest tracks, but we’ve definitely gotten much better there. I’ve had some solid runs in a row there. Hopefully we can qualify well for track position and get another solid finish at Martinsville.”

NASCAR has issued Behavioral Penalties to five crew members for their actions during pre-race March 21 at Auto Club Speedway. The crew members were working for the No. 8 NASCAR XFINITY Series team when the violations occurred.

The No. 33 team that competes in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series has been penalized for a rules infraction discovered during opening day inspection March 20 at Auto Club Speedway.
