Back On Track...The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) returns to the track this weekend in Martinsville, Virginia for the Kroger 250. Travis Kvapil will make his 12th NCWTS start at the Martinsville Speedway.

Martinsville Speedway: “Mentally you prepare for 500 laps around Martinsville and you can do 490 laps perfect and get taken out with 10 laps to go and just ruin your day,” Allmendinger said. “Hopefully we go there and keep working on our short track program, which has been our strongest suit since I joined JTG Daugherty Racing.”

This weekend's stop on the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) schedule marks the first short track of the season and the first time the redesigned 2015 Camry competes on a short track.

“Certainly, Martinsville is a track that we circle on our calendars each year as a race we feel we can win at. It’s a track that really adapted to my style early on in my career, and we have run up front and led a lot of laps there.

One year ago Korbin Forrister made his debut in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in the Kroger 250 at the Martinsville Speedway. Saturday he returns to the Virginia half-mile track with strong expectations for a good finish in his No. 08 Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery Chevrolet Silverado.
