From about the third lap of practice I knew we had a pretty good piece and made some small adjustments to it throughout practice and a little bit for the race and the car was real good."

Brad Keselowski will start on pole for Sunday’s Kobalt Tools 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway after qualifying was rained out at the track Friday afternoon. The grid was set by rulebook, putting the No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion at the head of the field. Keselowski spoke to media after qualifying was canceled.
