The NASCAR K&N East Series heads to Greenville, South Carolina this Saturday to perform the Kevin Whitaker Chevrolet 100 at Greenville Pickens Speedway (GPS).
With four races in the books at four different race tracks, the contenders for this year's Nationwide Series Championship are beginning to get clearer with each week that passes by. With that said, it's time to take a closer look at five of the drivers who have risen to the top of the crop so far this year.

Testing for the Verizon IndyCar Series at Barber Motorsports Park was initially delayed due to mist, however once it got started, Team Penske showed the way with their three drivers topping the speed charts.
Much like in Race 2 a few hours earlier, Pato O'Ward benefitted from another driver's misfortune on the final restart to sweep the day at the Milwaukee Mile. Also Alex Palou won his fifth title.
Turner made the first statement of the weekend by pacing each Qualifying session. Her time of 2:18.740 placed her well ahead of Cannon’s 2:21.082, with the title combatants separated by 2.3 seconds.
