Two-time Talladega Superspeedway NASCAR Sprint Cup Series winner Clint Bowyer, a noted Elvis Presley fan, says he’s ready to “Rock and Roll” and get to one of his favorite race tracks – Talladega Superspeedway – for the Aaron’s Dream Weekend, May 3-5.

NASCAR and Univision will make history on April 1 as “Arranque de Pasión, La Historia de Ela,” the first-ever sports-themed original project for the leading media company serving Hispanic America, debuts in the U.S. and Puerto Rico on Univision.com.

Brad Keselowski and the No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion team qualified third for the event with a lap of 38.472 seconds around the two-mile oval. However, the team had to move to the rear of the field at the start of the race for changing engines prior to qualifying.

For the second straight week Kurt Busch overcame double adversity to post a top-five finish. The Furniture Row Racing driver charged to a fifth-place result in Sunday’s Auto Club 400, which followed a fourth-place finish last week at Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway.

Race Highlights: Richard Childress Racing teammates finished eighth (Paul Menard), 13th (Kevin Harvick) and 17th (Jeff Burton).

Following a hard hit to the inside wall on the last lap of the Auto Club 400 at Auto Club Speedway, Denny Hamlin will remain in hospital overnight for observation.
