Rosie Perez, an Academy Award-, Golden Globe- and Emmy-nominated actress and choreographer, has been named the grand marshal for the “AAA 400” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Dover International Speedway on Sunday, Oct. 4.

McMurray will be making his 26th start at NHMS this weekend. In his previous trips to the “Magic Mile”, McMurray has four top-five and six top-10 finishes, which includes a fourth-place finish in last fall’s race.

The No. 15 team has been penalized for an infraction that occurred on opening day inspection Sept.18. This is a P4 level penalty (Section 12.1, 20. 14.c, 20.14.2.1.k, 12.5.3.4.d, 12.5.3.4.1.d & f, 12.5.3.4.2 of the NASCAR rule book). Crew chief Billy W. Scott has been fined $75,000, suspended for the next three NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Championship events and placed on NASCAR probation for six months following the issue of suspension.
