Reed has competed at ISM Raceway nine times in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.  Reed’s best finish of sixth came in the fall of 2016.  

Ryan Blaney started eighth and finished fourth in the No. 22 Fitzgerald Glider Kits Ford Mustang. Blaney finished 5th and 2nd respectively in the two stages today.

Kyle Larson paced the field for 142 laps to earn his first career NASCAR Xfinity Series win at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in the Boyd Gaming 300.

Kyle Larson, driving his No. 42 Chip Ganassi Chevy, brought home the prize in the Xfinity Series Boyd Gaming 300 Saturday afternoon at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. He dominated the field and would lead the most laps, 142-of-200, before finally capturing the checkered flag.

Camry driver Christopher Bell (second) was the top-finishing Toyota in Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Lost the lead there and couldn’t pass anybody. At worst we should have run second, but it just didn’t work out that way today.”

Christopher Bell runs a speed of 183.686 mph at Las Vegas Motor Speedway to claim second consecutive NASCAR Xfinity Series pole, third of his career.

The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series all head west to Las Vegas Motor Speedway for a tripleheader weekend. Check out the tentative full schedule below, subject to change.

In the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, the race-winning team of the No. 4 Stewart-Haas Racing Ford driven by veteran Kevin Harvick had one unsecured lug nut in post-race inspection. Crew chief Rodney Childers was fined $10,000 for the safety violation. No further fines or suspensions were placed on the team.

News and notes:  Spencer Boyd will head out west this week to Las Vegas, which will be the first stop on the "NASCAR Goes West" tour. Boyd went to Las Vegas for a Grunt Style event prior to the season, but has never raced on the 1.5- mile track. "I've definitely been looking forward to the west coast swing," says Boyd. "I learned a lot last week at Atlanta, but I'm not quite sure how much will translate over to Vegas. They're both mile and a half tracks, but that's about all they have in common."
