Jarrad Whissell made big strides behind the wheel of his #44 Komatsu/SMS Ford on Wednesday at the Auto Clearing Motor Speedway despite his limited experience driving oval tracks and mechanical issues halting his qualifying laps.

It’s a big weekend in the State of Indiana. With the NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) and NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) tackling the glamorous Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards will be just a few miles away competing at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis for the running of the Messina Wildlife Animal Stopper 200 by Federated Car Care Friday night.

With that being said, the freshman driver will look to execute what he’s devoured in Friday night’s Messina Wildlife Animal Stopper 200 by Federated Car Care at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis.

After posting 3 podium finishes in as many races, Jason Hathaway in his #3 Snap-on Tools/Rockstar Energy Drink/Vortex Brake Pads Dodge had his streak come to a heartbreaking end at Auto Clearing Motor Speedway in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

For the fifth consecutive race in the 2012 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series season St. Thomas, ON racer DJ Kennington and the #17 Castrol Edge Dodge team came out on top. At round seven taking place Wednesday evening at Auto Clearing Motor Speedway in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

In the final race of the 2012 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series western swing racer Martin Roy posted another strong top ten result in the #90 Veloce/Gamache Truck Centre Dodge. With his best qualifying effort of the season, Roy began the 250 lap race at Auto Clearing Motor Speedway from the inside of row two and ran with the leaders much of the night.

In only his second outing in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series this season Kamloops, BC racer Jim White once again showed his skills. At the midweek event at Auto Clearing Motor Speedway in Saskatoon, White battled with the lead group of cars right to the end coming home with a fifth place result in the #24 Clavet Feed Mill Project Dodge.

When a driver gets on a roll, it's sometimes hard to get them off of that streak. That could be said for D.J. Kennington as he won the Velocity Prarie Thunder presented by Bayer Crop Science for his fifth straight NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobile 1 victory in a row.

For the second time this year, J.R. Fitzpatrick will lead the field to the green flag. The first time was earlier this year in June after qualifying was rained out at Circuit ICAR.

I never imagined my first NASCAR experience would be in Columbus, Ohio; I always thought it would be one of the big venues, like Daytona, Charlotte, or Indianapolis.
