A Decade Later: Kraig Kinser Returns to Port Royal Speedway

Quite a bit had changed since the last time that Kraig Kinser and his fellow World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series competitors raced at Port Royal Speedway in Pennsylvania. The wings and tires on the 900-plus horsepower machines have changed quite a bit over the last decade. At Port Royal itself, a number of upgrades to the facility and track surface have also been made since the last time the Outlaws rolled into town.
