NASCAR teams took to Charlotte Motor Speedway on Tuesday for the first day of a two-day test session in preparation for the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season.

Several NASCAR Sprint Cup Series teams will test their new 2013 cars at Charlotte Motor Speedway this coming Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 11 and 12. As part of a special off-season treat, race fans are invited to view the two-day test session from the grandstands, free of charge.
