Joey Logano captured the pole for the Pocono 400 presented by #NASCAR at the newly paved Pocono Raceway on Saturday afternoon and earned a starting spot in next year’s Daytona Shootout at Daytona International Speedway.

Pocono Raceway today announced new, fan-driven additions to the June 8-10 Pocono 400 race weekend schedule. Tickets to NASCAR’s biggest, richest and most prestigious race – the 55th annual Daytona 500 on Sunday, Feb. 24 – will go on sale Friday, June 1 at 9 a.m. (ET). Tickets for the Daytona 500, which was won earlier this year by Matt Kenseth, start at $65.

Phoenix International Raceway has waived the green flag for fans to purchase tickets to one of the most exciting race weekends of the NASCAR season, featuring the semi-final race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup.

In what has become tradition at Dover International Speedway in the six years the track has partnered with Autism Speaks, drivers will again help create autism awareness during the June 1-3, 2012 race weekend by showing their support with a decal on their respective cars.
