. A total of 17 Team Chevy drivers will start the FedEx 400 Benefiting Autism Speaks NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race at Dover International Speedway, round 11 of the 2011 season
. For the first time this season, inclement weather canceled qualifying and the field was set by the provisions in the NSCS rule book
. Jimmie Johnson, No. 48 Lowe’s Chevrolet, will start from the No. 1 position for the 400-lap/400-mile race
. Other Chevrolet drivers starting in the top-10:
o Dale Earnhardt, Jr., No. 88 AMP Energy Sugar-Free/National Guard Chevrolet, will start third (3rd)
